The Friends of the Clara Barton Community Center, Inc. (FCBCC) is a non-profit, tax exempt corporation organized to facilitate the activities of the Clara Barton Community Center located  at 7425 MacArthur Blvd., Cabin John, MD 20818.

As a citizen advisory board, the FCBCC assists the community center staff in designing and implementing the center's programs, promotes the community center's role as a meeting place for teens, adults and senior citizens in the local community, supplements the community center's budget through community-wide fundraising, and promotes community-wide awareness of and participation in the center's educational, recreational and social programs.

CBCC's SUMMER CAMP KIDS SHOW THEIR GRATITUDE
to the FCBCC Board ...

Above are photos of a "Thank You" and other activities of the CBCC Summer Camp children,
who are grateful for the Friends support and produced these tokens of their appreciation. 
Each year the children enjoy a variety of activities in the capable hands of summer camp staffers. 
 

Just a few of the events the FCBCC holds in order to raise funds to accomplish the above are:

 An annual Family Bingo Night each February, with wonderful prizes

A Grateful Shred held after tax season, offerings you the opportunity
to shred sensitive documents and avoid fraud or identity theft
